Formerly known as Brahman Days, the Stockman’s Summit is a 2-day immersive educational experience for progressive Brahman breeders and commercial cattlemen using Brahman genetics who are ready to think beyond the show ring and build lasting, profitable programs. Hosted by the BRC Ranch team, this workshop brings together some of the brightest minds in the breed — in a hands-on, high-impact format designed to deliver actionable value.

DAY 1: STRATEGIC LEARNING + VISION (Friday)

• BRC Breeding Masterclass – Dive deep into the genetics and philosophy behind BRC’s herd. Learn how to select bulls based on strengths, fix weaknesses, and build a herd with purpose. 

• Interactive Scenario-Based Learning – Participate in live exercises where you make genetic selections based on real-world examples.

• Breeding with Purpose: Real-world examples of how BRC selects, measures, and tracks improvement using both data tools and visual appraisal. 

• Brahman Think Tank Roundtables – Small group breakouts to discuss the future of traits, marketing, and dual-purpose program building.

• Evening Social – Fireside conversations, live music, steak dinner, and networking with serious breeders.

DAY 2: HANDS-ON EXCELLENCE (Saturday)

• Live Demonstrations at BRC Ranch – Rotating stations including branding, AI/ET setup, show prep, bull development, and live cattle evaluation.

• Brahman Cattle Judging Training – Learn how to visually detect the important traits and characteristics that impact functional, long term successful and fertile cattle. Plus, a traditional training on the importance of Brahman breed character.

• Breeder Roundtable Panel – Insights from trusted BRC cooperator breeders and industry leaders on building long-term success.

• Wrap-Up: The Future Is Now – Final discussion and take-home insights.
