Please understand that your purchase through this store is the price of the semen only. It does not include certificates, shipping or freight charges required to get the semen to your ranch.
Once your payment is processed, the semen will be released in approximately 5 business days. We will release the semen in your name at the respective semen centers. We will then email you with what semen storage facility the semen is stored at. Depending on the bull and partners, we use Brushy Creek Custom Sires (512) 352-7444, or Elgin Breeding Service (512) 285-2019. If you need the semen on an expedited timeline, please order direct from Bovine Elite.
B.R. Cutrer, Inc. (Brahman Country Genetics, LLC) will email you a confirmation of the semen release at the respective semen center and provide you with the semen center contact information. At that time, you will need to contact the semen center and make shipping arrangements. Semen must be moved into the buyer's account at respective storage facilities within 30 days of semen release. Failure to pickup or transfer semen within 30 days may result in the semen being forfeited without refund or replacement.
If you already have a semen storage account at either of these facilities, the semen will go into your account at that time.
If you need to ship the semen:
- Contact the semen center and provide a physical shipping address and date you need the semen to arrive by.
- You are responsible for any shipping costs charged by the semen center.
- If your order is an international order, we are happy to recommend reputable international shipping firms.
