The BRC Authorized Semen Reseller Program provides an official, BRC-approved option for semen owners who are dispersing their breeding program or exiting the cattle business to market their semen through approved methods. The program is intended to provide a legitimate avenue for these situations while maintaining the integrity of BRC's semen sales policies and AI certificate requirements.
All semen offered through the program is reviewed and approved by BRC and is sold directly through official BRC sales channels. Semen purchased through the Reseller Program is eligible for applicable AI certificates issued directly through BRC.
Participation in the program is subject to BRC approval and does not create a general right to privately resell or transfer BRC semen.
BRC serves solely as the authorized sales and marketing agent for semen offered through the program. The semen is owned by the individual consignor and is not BRC-owned inventory. BRC facilitates the listing, sale, payment processing, authorized transfer, and administration of applicable AI certificates.
BRC does not guarantee the condition, quality, viability, fertility, storage history, or reproductive performance of consigned semen and is not responsible for errors or discrepancies in inventory or records maintained by third-party semen storage facilities. All semen is sold subject to the BRC Semen Sales Terms & Conditions.
